While progress is being made, any way you look at the current wage and leadership gaps between white men and everybody else is just depressing. And don't get me started on sexual harassment. Entitled Lives is an attempt to draw attention to this absurdity and help accelerate positive change.
Because I believe we live in a world where our attention span often rivals that of a toddler, you'll notice the style of this site is snackable content. I'm not going to solve any problem in a paragraph, but perhaps I can open people's eyes to possibilities in a couple sentences.

I’m optimistic. In 30 years, the 6’ white men who currently run most of corporate America will be forced out because their sexual harassment will no longer be tolerated. OK, maybe some of them will have died or retired, but the key point is that their exit will give way to a more pluralistic corporate structure. I see a colorful, heterogeneous, and welcoming culture on the horizon.
And the country and individual corporations will benefit greatly due to this transformation. Female led and diverse organizations perform better. HBR, BCG, McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, Blackrock and other top research groups, management consulting firms, and financial juggernauts that are mostly run by 6’ white males, all agree.
The faster everyone reaches the same conclusion and moves past privilege, bias, and fear, the larger the pie becomes. This isn’t about losing your piece, this is about expanding the opportunity for everyone because of the incredible potential for value creation that comes with a more diverse and inclusive environment.
